Security Policy

Below is an extract from our Security Policy (Revision 1, 5 May 2026), as approved by Management:

The information systems of Fundación Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Castilla-La Mancha support the services provided by the Park’s Business Area, including training, research, scientific innovation, rental of premises and administrative management.

Regulatory Framework

This policy is governed by the following legislation and reference standards:

  • National Security Framework (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad – ENS): Royal Decree 311/2022 of 3 May.
  • Personal Data Protection: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018.
  • Technical Security Instructions: Resolution of 7 October 2016.
  • Legal Regime of the Public Sector: Article 156.2 of Law 40/2015.
  • CCN-STIC Guidelines (800 series).
  • Remote Working: Law 10/2021 of 9 July on remote working.

Personal Data Management

Personal data are collected only where they are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are collected. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to comply with applicable data protection legislation.

Following the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and its incorporation into Spanish legislation, we have adopted measures including legal basis assessments, risk analyses, data protection impact assessments, records of processing activities and the appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO), whose information is available through the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Relationship with Third Parties

When providing services to other organisations or handling their information, we share this policy and establish reporting and coordination channels with the respective ICT Security Committees.

When using third-party services or sharing information, we ensure compliance with this policy and with applicable security regulations. Procedures are established for incident reporting and resolution, as well as for staff security training.
